If a person have obesity or excess weight, this can increase the risk of several health diseases such as diabetes,arthtitis and some sort of cancer also.

    Many of us move to gyms , running on traidmills since morning till night but does it benificial that much?

 4. STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD

Offcourse any one can fie for it.but how many of you know the pizza u eat is making your heart prone to various diseases. The fast foods like pizza and burger increase the cholestrol level in body  and makes us sick.
